Prioritize Yourself is operated by Lardo and Associates ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Prioritize Yourself at prioritizeyourself.app and my.prioritizeyourself.app.
Information We Collect
- Account information, including your name, email address, profile information, and authentication details.
- App content you create, including tasks, categories, reminders, daily closeout information, and related settings.
- Subscription information, including plan and payment status.
- Usage, analytics, device, log, and diagnostic information used to operate, secure, debug, and improve the app.
Google Account Data
If you sign in with Google, we access the Google account information you authorize, currently your email address and basic profile information. We use this information to create and secure your account, identify you in the app, and communicate with you about the service.
Calendar access may be offered as an optional feature in the future. If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we will use calendar data only to provide the calendar-related features you request.
Prioritize Yourself's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How We Use Information

- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Sync tasks, categories, reminders, and settings across devices.
- Process subscriptions and manage billing status.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your app content with third parties for advertising. We share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete transactions you request.
Stripe processes payments for paid subscriptions. Stripe receives the payment and billing information needed to process your transaction. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. To request deletion of your account or personal information, email [email protected].
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
Children
Prioritize Yourself is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Material changes may also be announced in the app or by email.
