These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prioritize Yourself, operated by Lardo and Associates ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Prioritize Yourself, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
You may use Prioritize Yourself for personal task management and related productivity workflows. You are responsible for your account, your content, and your use of the service.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the tasks, categories, reminders, notes, and other content you create in Prioritize Yourself. You give us permission to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
Accounts
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. If you use Google sign-in, your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
Subscriptions and Payments
Prioritize Yourself may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices, plan limits, trial periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout or in the app. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are billed in advance and may automatically renew until canceled.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Do not interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
- Do not upload malicious code or use the service to distribute harmful content.
Service Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update features, limits, pricing, and availability. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects paid users.
Termination
You may stop using Prioritize Yourself at any time. To request account deletion, email [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create legal, security, or operational risk.
Disclaimers
Prioritize Yourself is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. The app is a productivity tool and is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lardo and Associates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
